Our Story
Dr. Sarah Chen opened Summit Health in 2009, right in the heart of Denver. After years in larger hospital systems, she wanted to create a practice where patients weren't just numbers — where every visit felt personal, every concern was heard.
Today, our team of board-certified physicians, dentists, and specialists carries on that vision. We've invested in modern technology, expanded our services, and added providers — but we've never lost sight of what matters most: you.

Dr. Chen founded Summit Health with a vision to provide accessible, comprehensive care to the Denver community. With over 18 years of experience in family medicine, she believes in treating the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. She's passionate about preventive care and building lasting relationships with her patients.
